About Us
LLS is an annual convening of Pacific-based emerging and seasoned leaders, drawing on people-centred and values-based leadership principles to build, equip and strengthen effective, resilient and visionary leaders in all spheres of influence.
Five Pacific leadership firms are the hosts of the 2025 LLS. This partnership responds to a growing need for a Pacific leadership community committed to personal growth and development using globally tested leadership principles that are locally relevant and fit for purpose.
“Our vision is to transform the leadership landscape in the Pacific and build a legacy that will inspire, impact, and transform.”
The Vision defines the core reason for the existence of the LLS. The Vision set outs the organization-wide goal for which strategies and activities are created and implemented to achieve transformative, inspirational and impactful leadership.
